How do returns work?

Returns are easy and free of charge with us, provided the item in question is returned in its original condition. The following conditions, including the reasonable use principle, apply to returns:

If you return an item to us within 30 days of delivery (to you in person or if left at a pick-up location), the full amount will be refunded to the payment method you used to purchase. We strive to issue the relevant credit within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns after this 30-day period. If you send an article back to us after this period, we will send it back to the specified delivery address at your expense. If you would like to return an item but we do not receive it within the 30-day period, please contact us. If so, the refund will be made at our discretion.

Original state

The goods must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, i.e. H. in the original packaging and with all original labels. We do not accept returned items that have already been worn or washed.

If the item returned to us is damaged or in an improper condition, no return is possible. In this case, we may send the item back to you (and calculate the corresponding delivery costs for it). All returned items are carefully checked by us upon arrival.

Responsibility

You are responsible for returned items until we have received the goods. So make sure that it is carefully packed so that it is not damaged in the transit.

Since you are responsible for the return package until we have received it, you should keep the shipping confirmation for any queries.

We are not responsible for items that are accidentally returned to us. If we can assign them (which is not always possible) and you would like them back, the corresponding delivery costs will be charged to your account.

Appropriate use

If we see an unusually high number of orders and returns, or if the items returned do not match the ones you ordered, we may deactivate your account and all related accounts.

If your account has been deactivated and you would like to make a valid return, please contact our customer service.

Please Note: We reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you have returned to us do not match the items you ordered.

We will cover the costs of returning the items if you send the shipment back via GLS.

Instructions for return:

1. Write an email to customerservice@stehmann.shop. Please note in your return request, yourfull name andOrder number.

2. You will receive an email with the return label as a PDF

3. Stick the return label on the package

4. Send the package back to us with GLS

5. After the goods have been received and checked, your payment will be refunded
